The FIRST EDITION of the BRIDGES BEE! Our newsletter, formerly known as the BTS Express has taken on our new name. For those of you not familiar with newspapers of the “old days,” A local paper was often called “Bee.” Bridges Equestrian Express... coincidentally... BEE.

ADDED MAKE-UPS FOR WINTER BREAK! Check the make-up board for some new slots. As you may have found, trying to schedule them with Ruthanna is kinda hit and miss, if you can’t get to the make-up board, email Ruthanna at rbridges@btsetc.com.
IN HOUSE SHOW "LESSON," Feb 21! Here’s a chance for our newer riders to strut their stuff! Ask the staff for info. All riders up to level 4 included! Sign up early for your favorite horse. Barn Picnic preceding at noon. (Takes place of regular lessons)
IN HOUSE JUMPER DERBY "LESSON!" April 18! All Riders all levels! Yes, the newer riders will do poles on the ground and optimum time! Barn Picnic preceding at noon. (Takes place of regular lessons)
PONY FOR A DAY! Back by popular demand, your favorite BRIDGES mount will be available Mon 12/21, Wed 12/23, Mon 12/28 and Wed 12/30. Cost is $125 & includes pizza lunch, lesson and free time with your horse! (1 hour second ride as well) Spend the day at BRIDGES! 9:00am – 4:00pm. Limit 5 riders, so sign up fast.

HORSE’S BIRTHDAY PARTY!

Please join us in honoring our BRIDGES horses at our annual BRIDGES HORSE’S BIRTHDAY PARTY! This is a day for feasting and celebration for the horses. No riding allowed! We will have pony favorites such as the carrot-gobble race, the molasses plate push and the outrageously sloppy applesauce slurp! All BRIDGES originals, now copied by all! Come early and join the staff for our Awards Picnic, where we hand out such honors as “Frequent Flyer” and “Pink Piggy” for the BRIDGES least-neat equestrian. Also acknowledged are serious awards such as Horsemasters and Team Captains. We’ll talk about the what went on this year, and what we’re looking forward to next year. 45 minutes. I promise!

EQUINE AFFAIRE! This is the Equestrian Industry "convention" of the year. Ruthanna plans to go all 4 days. For less than the "Equine Obscessive," this can get kinda long and boring, and sometimes down right cold. We would love to see you there and hang out.
