Bridges Equestrian
is proud to announce its Bridges Equestrian In House Horse Show! It is with
great excitement we offer this chance for our newest members
to "strut their stuff!" (beginning at 12 noon)
Here’s how it works:
The show will be comprised of four to five divisions (depending on entrants), with multiple classes in each division:
- Walk/Trot – 4 classes
- Crossrails – 5 classes
- Novice – 5 classes
- Open – 5 classes
- Adult – 4 classes
- Ride times will be assigned the weekend prior after all registrations are compiled. The show will begin at 12 noon and should end around 5 pm.
- Riders will be assigned a division based on their riding level.
- Beginning riders – please check with your instructor to see if you are eligible to compete. If a rider isn’t quite ready, they will be by the next show on November 18th.
- Riders who do not own/lease their own horse need to submit a request for their 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice horse or pony. We will do our best to fill requests, but we give priority to first come/first serve.
- Riders who have not shown with Bridges Equestrian before need to attend the show clinic on Saturday prior to the show 11:00 am until 12:00 noon.
- Riders need to arrive at the stable at least 1 hour prior to their division time.
- This is a team event. As such, riders who are not showing are welcome to help work the show (yard, ribbon runners, etc.)

Pre-Registration for OC Cooler Shows
In order to reserve your horse (if you are not an owner), you must pay the rail fee and horse use fee for each day you plan on showing. These fees are non-refundable. You are committed for the show. The fees are $50 per day for the rail (coaching) fee, and $75 for the horse use fee. These fees are in addition to the fees charged by the horse show association which start at about $75 per day for the walk/trot division and go up from there.
If you are unsure if you are ready to show at the county level, please check with your instructor. Also, if you have not showed with Bridges Equestrian, you need to attend a show clinic. We offer a show clinic before each in-house show, not before each county show.
If you would like to pre-register and reserve your horse, please contact Meg with which days you want to show (Sat, Sun or both) and your 1st and 2nd choice for horses.
